The Columbia Police Department is continuing to look for a man whose family hasn’t seen or heard from him in months.

The department said on social media Thursday night that special victims unit investigators are searching for Dewone Wilson, 34. His family reported him missing in August after not hearing from him since April.

Three months after that first report, the search goes on. Authorities say Wilson has been known to frequent the 2000 block of Main Street in Columbia.

Those with information about Wilson or his whereabouts are asked to call CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
