Fast-food won’t blow your socks off with amazement, but there are standards that even they are expected to follow. At the very least, they should be fast, convenient and tasty.

Some Lexington fast-food joints failed to reach that caliber, according to Google reviews.

Bojangles at 109 Bo Tire Way

With more than 100 reviews, this Bojangles has a 2.4 Google Maps rating. There are more one-star reviews than nearly all other ratings combined. Customers complained about management, undercooked food, service and their use of an AI voice-assistant at the drive-through.
