This busy SC shopping area has a new location of a popular breakfast restaurant
A restaurant that is well-known for breakfast and brunch offerings has opened a new location in a busy South Carolina commercial area.
Eggs Up Grill, which has locations across nearly a dozen states, opened a new restaurant Monday at 3203 N. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville’s Cherrydale area, according to posts on social media and a release from the company. The restaurant is located in a building that formerly was home to an Atlanta Bread Company restaurant.
“The doors are officially open at Eggs Up Grill Cherrydale and we could not be more excited,” the new Eggs Up Grill posted on Facebook. “This restaurant was built with one goal in mind — creating a place where friends, families, and neighbors can gather around great breakfast, great coffee, and even better conversations.”
The Cherrydale Eggs Up Grill is owned by franchisee Conley McIntyre, per a news release. It is McIntyre’s 10th Eggs Up Grill unit, the release noted.
“Opening our 10th location in Cherrydale is incredibly meaningful,” McIntyre said in the release. “We’re proud to keep growing in communities we love and to create spaces where families, friends and neighbors can gather every day.”
The new Eggs Up Grill is in a busy commercial area, with nearby national businesses including the Regal Charrydale movie theater, a Taco Bell, a TJ Maxx, and Old Navy and many others. About 35,000 cars per day travel down that section of N. Pleasantburg Drive, per state Department of Transportation data.
