Marshalls to open Columbia store Thursday

Marshalls will open its new Columbia store Thursday morning in the Rosewood Crossing shopping center.

The store, which replaces the current Parklane Road location, will include The Cub, described as a "hip, in-store" boutique, and a shoe mega-shop. During Thursday’s grand opening, Marshalls will donate $5,000 to the Alston Wilkes Veterans Home.

The new store, at 4400 Fort Jackson Blvd., will be open Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Its normal hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
