A luxury home neighborhood is planned for the east side of Greenville County by a national homebuilder.

To be called Cambric Village, the community will feature homes starting at $800,000, built by Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company with properties in over 60 markets nationwide.

Cambric Village will be built at Old Boiling Springs Road and Buena Vista Way, off Pelham Road and not far from Interstate 85. It is about 10 miles from downtown Greenville.

The neighborhood will have 13 single family homes, called The Enclave, opening this summer and townhomes will open in spring 2027.

“Cambric Village brings together thoughtfully designed homes and premier features in a spectacular location,” said Jason Simpson, group president of Toll Brothers in South Carolina. “This community exemplifies our commitment to delivering luxury, quality, and personalized options for our customers.”

The single-family homes will range in size from 2,820 to 3,429 square feet and will feature flexible spaces, first- or second-floor primary suites, two-story great rooms, covered patios, and options for lofts.

The company has a design studio that enables people to customize the house.

Toll Brothers is considered the nation’s leading builder of luxury houses. It also has properties in Charleston, Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach and 21 other states with the largest number in California and Florida.

The company was founded in 1967 by Bob and Bruce Toll. Their father was a homebuilder. They built their first homes in southeastern Pennsylvania. Their headquarters is in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, northwest of Philadelphia.

In 2026 for the ninth consecutive year, Fortune magazine named Toll Brothers the No. 1 Most Admired Home Builder.

The company also has its own architectural, engineering, mortgage, title, land development, smart home technology, landscape, and building components manufacturing businesses.
