Oct. 3 sign-up deadline to vote in Nov. 3 Midlands municipal elections

Next Saturday is the deadline to register to vote in Nov. 3 municipal elections in Lexington and Richland counties.

Races will be decided then for mayoral and council posts in 14 communities.
