The sun brought respite Tuesday from several dreary, dreadful days in Columbia and around the Palmetto State. This roundup of videos show how the capital city and surrounding areas are begining the clean-up after the flood.

Melissa Webber, who lives near where Bluff Road washed out in floods, recalls the rescue of her family and a first responder.
