Columbia City Council: 6:30 p.m. Monday, a special called meeting to decide flood-related issues that include a waiver of building permit fees and a 90-day suspension of business license fees. Richland County Council: At 4 p.m. Tuesday, the Rules and Appointments Committee meets in the fourth-floor administrative conference room. At 5 p.m. Tuesday, the Economic Development Committee meets in the fourth-floor administrative conference room.
