Harbison Boulevard wreck sends several passengers to hospital
A two-car accident on Harbison Boulevard that involved a limousine sent several people to local hospitals Friday night, according to Columbia police.
The preliminary investigation indicates the Lincoln limousine was turning left about 10 p.m. onto Harbison Boulevard from Columbiana Drive when it was hit by a Ford Explorer. The Ford’s driver is accused of disregarding the red light.
Columbia police did not specify the number of people injured. But authorities said the most serious injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
