Kershaw Sheriff looking for missing boy

The Kershaw County Sheriffs Office is looking for a missing 7-year-old boy.

Charles Hughes Chandler was last seen at Dobys Mill Elementary School in Elgin Nov. 24, said Capt. Steve Knafelc, who added the boy is in the company of his parents – Jeremy Chandler and Daniele Chandler.

The boy’s grandfather, from Lugoff, hasn’t had any contact with the family for several weeks and believes they’re living out of their car, a Green 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt with Vermont tag of GGW263, said Knafelc.
