Fort Jackson to conduct 342-acre controlled burn

Fort Jackson’s Forestry branch officials said they will be conducting a controlled burn Tuesday morning.

Officials said the burn will consist of 342-acres near Leesburg Road, which is west of Camp McCrady.

The prescribed burn will begin at 10:30 a.m., officials said.
