Repairs completed, NOMA dog park reopened

Columbia’s Parks and Recreation Department announced Friday that it has finished repairs to fencing around the NOMA dog park and reopened it to the public.

Fencing around the popular gathering place for dog owners in Earlwood Park was damaged during the October flood.
