Correction: Overcreek Road dam failure didn’t cause Rockbridge Road damage

The failure of a dam on Overcreek Road in Richland County did not contribute to damage on Rockbridge Road during last October’s historic rainfall. A photo caption on page 61 in “Community of Heroes,” a special edition of The State, was misleading.
