Horeb United Methodist Church, 1205 Old Cherokee Road, Lexington; 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday at Irmo High School, 6671 St. Andrews Road; 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday at the Department of Motor Vehicles, 10311 Wilson Blvd., Blythewood; and 1-6 p.m. Thursday W.
