A Supreme birthday celebration

Former SC Chief Justice Ernest Finney stopped by the state's high court on Wednesday to celebrate his 85th birthday.

During his career as an attorney, Finney defended many civil rights activists.

He was the first black state Supreme Court justice since Reconstruction. He retired from the high court in 2000.
