Ft. Jackson conducting prescribed burn this morning

Ft. Jackson announced it will conduct a prescribed burn this morning on the post’s interior.

The burn will take place near Screaming Eagle Road and Highway 601 and will start at 10:30 a.m., according to a news release.

The burn unit consists of 363 acres.
