Prince’s drummer in Columbia’s Five Points for a tribute

Prince’s longtime drummer, Columbia native John Blackwell, helped Five Points kick off its Five After Five concert series Thursday with a tribute to the musical superstar.

The Five Points fountain also was dyed purple in remembrance.

The musical superstar died unexpectedly last Thursday, leaving his fans shocked and sad.
