Car crashes into IHOP on Two Notch Road

A car crashed through the window of an IHOP on Two Notch Road on Monday afternoon.

The driver of the vehicle was Richard Clinton Rogers, 35, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Officials said Rogers was charged with driving without a license and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Rogers was taken to the hospital after the crash, according to the Columbia Fire Department.
