Camden police confiscate her Newports, cite teenager with tobacco possession
To possess tobacco products in South Carolina, the law says you have to be 18-years-old.
When a Camden police officer pulled Nicole Bradley over for erratic driving on around 11:30 p.m. Monday, her undoing was the pack of Newports and a cigar she had in her possession, the police incident report states.
She was issued a traffic ticket for underage possession of tobacco and a warning for the moving violation. The cigarettes and cigar were confiscated and placed into evidence at the Camden Police Department, the incident report states.
