Richland County Sheriff’s investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men accused of stealing $1,000 worth of jeans from a department store.

In a written release, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said the men stole the jeans from Esquire, a clothing store at 7206 Parklane Road in the Dentsville area just north of Forest Acres.

In screenshots provided by the sheriff’s department, one man is pictured grabbing a stack of jeans. In the two other images, the men are pictured inside a champagne-colored Jeep Cherokee. Lott identified the sport-utility vehicle’s plate as South Carolina tag KCQ109.

Anyone who can identify the men or who has information regarding the crime is asked to call Midlands Crimestoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
