Columbia police searching for suspect in armed robbery

The Columbia Police Department is searching for a suspect wanted in a an armed robbery that occurred Monday night.

A Circle K gas station on the 5000 block of Forest Drive was robbed shortly before 10 p.m. according to the Columbia Police Department.

The suspect is described as a black male last seen wearing a dark hoodie, according to the Columbia Police Department, adding no one was injured in the robbery.

The incident remains under investigation.
