Columbia police investigating shooting on South Beltline

The Columbia Police Department is investigating a shooting Sunday.

The shooting occurred in the afternoon on the 300 block of South Beltline Boulevard, near the intersection with Rosewood Drive, according to the Columbia Police Department.

A man was shot in the leg and suffered a non-life threatening injury, according to the Columbia Police Department.

The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
