Man in serious condition after Thursday stabbing off Decker Boulevard

A man is in serious condition after being stabbed Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. on the 3600 block of Ranch Road, according to Lt. Curtis Wilson, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman. That’s just off Decker Boulevard near Interstate 77.

The victim had a stab wound to the lower body and was taken to the hospital in serious condition, Wilson said. There have been no arrests, and deputies are trying to determine who stabbed the man.
