10 arrested in prostitution sting
A prostitution sting by the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office yielded the arrest of 10 men, the agency announced Friday.
Undercover deputies were used in the operation to nab the men, using motel rooms wired with audio and video recording equipment to document the encounters, according to a news release by Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews’ office.
“Although prostitution is not real high on our priority list, when we receive information on it being a problem we will address it,” Matthews said. “Those who are involved in this activity need to know that we will not turn a blind eye to it.”
The men arrested on charges of soliciting prostitution were:
- Malik Bradley, 35, of Ridgeway
- Joevon Everett, 27, of East Camden
- Daniel Gary, 32, of Camden
- Travis Huggins, 27, of Ridgeway

- Charles McAffee, 53, of Illinois
- Quenton Minger, 24, of Ridgeway
