Popular Lexington road affected by traffic collision Monday

Traffic on a popular Lexington County road has been affected by a collision Monday.

A collision on North Lake Drive, near Old Cherokee Road, has traffic limited to a single lane, according to the Lexington Police Department.

Travel is limited to one lane going north and south, according to the police.

There is no word on possible injuries or the number of vehicles involved in the collision.

Commuters are urged to find alternate routes.
