Richland investigators working shooting at bar off Parklane Road
Authorities are searching for a man accused at shooting at another on Friday after an argument.
Little information was provided by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department relating to the suspect. Lt. Curtis Wilson said the incident took place at My Place Bar and Grill in the 7700 block of Claudia Drive, near Columbia Place mall off Parklane Road.
He said the shooting took place around 1 a.m., after two men got into an argument. The accused gunman shot at the other man when he walked out of the bar. Investigators are working to identify the shooter, Wilson said.
The man who was wounded in the shooting was rushed to Palmetto Health Richland with non life-threatening injuries. His name has not been released.
