1 arrested following drive-by shooting in Lower Richland
Richland County deputies have arrested one person following a drive-by shooting in Lower Richland County early Thursday morning.
Corey Kitt, 34, has been charged with three counts of attempted murder, Lt. Curtis Wilson, a department spokesman, said.
Deputies were called to 1533 Lower Richland Boulevard just after midnight for a drive-by shooting, according to Sgt. Kevin Lawrence, a department spokesman.
Deputies found three people had been shot, Lawrence said. Their injuries were not life threatening.
The investigation is ongoing and more arrests may be forthcoming, Lt. Wilson said.
