SUV found submerged in Richland County water; driver located
A Richland County Sheriff’s dive team on Thursday was dispatched to the scene of a vehicle found submerged in water.
The sheriff’s department’s dive team and deputies were on the scene at the SUV found off U.S. 601 in Richland County. After searching for the SUV’s occupants, the driver was located and was safely away from the scene, according to a social media post by the agency.
