A South Carolina man is facing multiple assault charges after he was accused of grinding on a colleague, punching her for reporting it and pulling a BB gun on a manager.

Marcus Tyler Walters, 19, is facing three counts of assault and battery, and a simple possession of marijuana charge, according to jail records. He was released from the Spartanburg County Detention Center on Thursday.

Deputies who spoke with staff at a Spartanburg County Applebee’s said that a coworker accused Walters of grinding on her and reported the incident as sexual harassment to the restaurant’s manager, according to WYFF.

Walters stormed past another staffer and shoved her, while on his way to confront his accuser in the parking lot, Fox Carolina reported. When he found the 19-year-old coworker, Walters allegedly punched her in the face.

Walters also is accused of pulling a gun on the manager, who tried to pull him off the woman, according to WYFF. Walters admitted to deputies that he had punched the woman, but said he accidentally rubbed against her, the station reported. He also told investigators the pistol was actually a BB gun.
