Ex-Anderson County deputy sheriff charged with CDV
A former Anderson County deputy sheriff has been charged in connection with a domestic incident that happened last month.
Rachael Gregory Branch, 34, has been charged with criminal domestic violence, according to Thom Berry, a State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) spokesman. The misdemeanor charge can carry a fine between $1,000 and $2,000 or no more than 30 days in prison.
Branch was booked at the Anderson County Detention Center, Berry said.
