Lexington spas busted for prostitution

LEXINGTON, SC Lexington Police raided two spas Wednesday after undercover agents negotiated for sexual favors with women at the two businesses.

Hui Ping Hayes, 57, from the Tao Rivers Massage located at 105 Reed Avenue and Jun Zhan, 52, from the Lexington Spa located at 426 South Lake Drive, were charged with prostitution and operating a house of ill fame, police chief Terrence Green said in a news release.

“These types of establishments hurt the legitimate massage businesses and therapists who do provide a service that is regulated and licensed,” Green said.
