Coroner releases name of man shot to death Friday in Richland County
A 56-year-old Columbia man was shot to death Friday night on the 6000-block of Robinwood Road, Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said.
Christopher Edward Orr was shot in the torso around 11 p.m. and died at the scene, Watts said. The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the shooting death and no arrests have been made.
The shooting appears to be an isolated incident, said Deputy Katelyn Jasak, a spokeswoman with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
