According to the person narrating the video, the event he was filming was a child’s birthday party, abcnews4.com reported.

But there was no mention of gifts, balloons or cake.

Instead, police said the video posted on Instagram showed children drinking alcohol and interacting with women dressed only in thongs and bras, according to WCSC.

The video was discovered on social media by a North Charleston police officer who was working at a middle school in South Carolina’s Lowcountry, per abcnews4.com.

Police said the video showed children between 8 to 15 years old attending a birthday party, according to the TV station.

The party was held at a hotel room according to the video, which was filmed by a man who said he organized the event and was related to one of the kids celebrating, WCSC reported.

On Monday, a 34-year-old man was arrested. Lanarol Dewey Huger was charged with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to records from the Al Cannon Detention Center.

There was no word if Huger was the man who filmed and posted the video on social media.

He was released after his bail was set at $100,000.

A woman who was also arrested in connection to the party remains behind bars.

Syeann Natcole Jenkins faces six charges of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to jail records.

She was arrested Nov. 23, when she was also charged with breach of trust ($5,000 or more), and the 20-year-old’s bond was set at $125,000 for the combined charges.
