Richland County deputies looking for suspect accused of stealing wallet from local business + video

Richland County deputies are looking for a suspect accused of stealing a wallet containing large sums of cash from off the counter at a local business.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. May 15 at the Kwik Korner at 6134 Shakespeare Road, Sheriff Leon Lott said. The victim’s wallet was on the counter when the suspect purchased his items.

The suspect stole the wallet, which contained a large amount of cash, then fled the business, Lott said.
