USC cops release photos of man wanted for trying to fondle women in college bathrooms

University of South Carolina police are looking for a man they believe tried to fondle several women in the college’s bathrooms, according to a statement from the department.

Travis Scott Mckie is wanted in the fondling cases, which happened Monday afternoon in the Jones Physical Science Building and the Hamilton College Building, according to police.

The Jones building is located on the 700 block of Main Street and the Hamilton building is located on the 1500 block of Pendleton Street, about a half a mile apart.

Police believe McKie went into the women’s bathrooms of each building and reached under the stall dividers to try to grab the women, according to the statement. Police were able to get an initial description of McKie and later found security images of him.

A judge has issued warrants for Mckie’s arrest, and police ask that if anyone sees him, they call the department at 803-777-4215.
