Authorities looking for information following hit and run on Parklane Road

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for information after two pedestrians were struck in a hit and run on Parklane Road late Saturday night.

The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Parklane Road near Claudia Drive, according department spokesman Sergeant Bob Beres.

Two people were hit, one of which was seriously injured by a vehicle that fled the scene, Beres said.

The vehicle involved was a dark in color (possibly black), 4-door sedan with noticeable damage between the center front and right front of the vehicle, Beres said. The vehicle was last seen traveling north on Parklane Road.
