Bush River Road Walmart evacuated Wednesday after bomb threat

Columbia Police evacuated the Walmart Supercenter at 1326 Bush River Rd Wednesday afternoon after someone phoned in a bomb threat.

Columbia police announced the evacuation on their twitter account and said the store was cleared “in overabundance of caution.”

An hour later the store was reopened. No hazardous materials were found, police said.
