Shortly before 9:30 p.m. on July 9, police were called to the apartment complex at 901 Colleton St. for a reported shooting, where they found a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound and no signs of life. The Richland County Coroner’s Office identified him as Victor D. Glover.
The teen was charged Monday morning with murder, armed robbery, unlawful carry of a pistol, possession of a pistol by a person under the age of 18 and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to Columbia Police Chief W.H. “Skip” Holbrook.
