Richland deputies seek suspect accused of breaking into Two Notch Road store

Richland County deputies are looking for a burglary suspect accused of breaking into a Dollar General in May.

George Murphy, 40, is wanted for burglary and larceny, Sherrif Leon Lott said. Murphy is accused to throwing a rock through the front glass door of the Dollar General at 6246 Two Notch Road around 2 a.m. May 4.

Once inside, Murphy stole $30 worth of cigarettes and caused an estimated $800 in damage to the door and cigarette case, Lott said.
