Columbia ICE agent charged in indictment from Federal Grand Jury
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent from Columbia was charged in an indictment released by a Federal Grand Jury in Charleston on Tuesday.
Clinzy Oliver, Jr. was charged with three counts in the indictment returned from U.S. Attorney Bill Nettles. The 38-year-old Oliver was charged with false scheme, false statements, and obstruction of ICE proceedings.
Oliver could face up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count.
