Man killed in Tuesday shooting identified

A man shot to death Tuesday afternoon at the River Oaks Apartments on Bush River Road, was identified Friday as Donte Doyle, 29, of Columbia.

Lexington County coroner Margaret Fisher said Doyle died from multiple gunshot wounds.

The case remains under investigation by the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
