The Spartanburg Police Department is searching for the person after an 18-year-old man was shot in the face, according to a news release.
The shooting occurred on Friday around 7:45 p.m., when the victim, who has not been identified, and another individual were leaving their apartment at Camp Croft apartments, located at Hanover Place in Spartanburg.
