A man was arrested after giving a 15-year-old marijuana before tattooing her, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

Dusty Lewis Faile, 39, was charged Friday with first-degree assault and battery, tattooing a person under 18 years of age and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to a news release.

Deputies were notified in October that Faile had provided a teenage girl with marijuana and tattooed her at his home on Camp Creek Road in Lancaster. Faile also allegedly inappropriately touched the teen, the release said.

Investigators with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office special victims’ unit and narcotics task force — along with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and Homeland Security Investigations — executed a search warrant on Faile’s home Friday.

There, they found 4.7 grams of “suspected” methamphetamine, 5.7 grams of “suspected” marijuana, digital scales and tattooing equipment.

Faile was booked into the Lancaster County Detention Center, where he later posted a $100,000 bond, according to the release.
