According to Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford, a body was discovered and has been identified as Eliana M. Peterson, 18, of Columbia, S.C.
“We will continue working with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division to fully investigate this death. Our thoughts and prayers are with the USC community.” Rutherford said in a statement.
