An officer-involved shooting early Sunday on Two Notch Road that left a man dead drew widespread reactions on social media.
The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. outside Relapse Bar and Grill after Forest Acres officers heard gunshots and saw a car driving “very erratically.”
Police activated lights and sirens and followed the vehicle into the club’s parking lot, where Cpl. Daniel Haddad got out and ordered the driver to stop. When the driver kept moving, Haddad fired, hitting the suspect, who died at the scene.
