Richland County deputies search for man who robbed Bluff Road business

Richland County deputies are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man they say robbed a convenient store on Bluff Road.

Sheriff Leon Lott said on Aug. 22, Emmanuel Elleby, 34, entered a business located in the 1900 block of Bluff Road and presented a handgun and demanded money from the employees.

Lott said the Elleby was captured on the store’s video surveillance system taking money from the store’s cash register, before fleeing the area.

Anyone with information regarding Elleby’s whereabouts is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1 (888)-CRIME-SC.
