UPDATE: Name of woman killed in downtown crash released

A Columbia woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Bull and Blanding streets Saturday afternoon.

Cynthia Paulette Winn, 41, of Rockymount Road, Columbia, died at the scene as a result of injuries she received when she was partially ejected from her vehicle, according to a release from Richland County Coroner Gary Watts. Winn was not wearing her seat belt, the release said.

No further details are available at this time. The crash is still under investigation by the Columbia Police Department.
