Video of SRO, Spring Valley student sparks strong social-media reaction

The FBI and U.S. Justice Department have been asked to investigate an incident at Richland County's Spring Valley High School, in which SRO Ben Fields was recorded confronting and arresting a female student. The video was posted on social media and quickly evoked responses.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott has asked the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate.
