UPDATE: Reported missing by family, Columbia woman found safe

UPDATE: Jillian Schneider was located , safe, in Lexington County on Saturday morning, Columbia police said.

Columbia police are working to locate a woman who was reported missing earlier this week.

Jillian Angela Schneider, 35, was last seen Tuesday near Watermark Apartments.

Schneider is a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She is about 5-feet 7-inches tall and weights about 130 pounds. She has several tattoos, including “Spencer” in between the fingers of her left hand, an Aquarius symbol on the back of her neck and a lizard and owl on her left shoulder.

A family member filed a missing person report with Columbia Police Department Thursday after not being able to reach Schneider since the weekend, according to a news release from the department.

“Relatives are concerned for her well-being and safety,” the release stated.
