Deputies investigating carjacking at Waffle House

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is on the lookout for a vehicle that stolen during a car jacking at Waffle House.

A female victim told deputies she was in her vehicle at Waffle House, 7505 Two Notch Road, when she was approached by three unknown black men early Wednesday morning, according to Lt. Curtis Wilson. The suspects reportedly forced their way into her vehicle and demanded she drive to Winslow Way off of Clemson Road.

The suspects then assaulted the victim, forced her out of the vehicle and then stole the car. She did not suffer any major injuries.

Deputies are looking for the 2008 Nissan Altima with a South Carolina vehicle tag of “LFK670.”
